Kinetics NOISEBLOCK™ QuickWall is a ballast style barrier wall that delivers the same noise reduction as the Kinetics NOISEBLOCK barrier wall system, but is easier to install, using its own weight and gravity to be held in place on rooftops, reducing the need for rigid connections to the roof structure. By not penetrating the roof, QuickWall does not impact the roof warranty or roof water tightness.
QuickWall can be installed on any flat roof composed of TPO, PVC or EPDM membranes, and asphalt based built-up roofing (gravel top layer). The design greatly reduces the need for rigid connections to the roof structure eliminating interference with activities within the building. Its size makes it the perfect barrier around light duty rooftop mechanical equipment including air conditioners, condensers, fans or pumps, helping to muffle unwanted outdoor noise that otherwise would negatively affect surrounding residential and commercial buildings. Many neighborhoods have strict noise ordinances, and NOISEBLOCK QuickWall is the ideal solution for retrofit noise control at restaurants, commercial buildings, shopping malls, schools, recreational facilities, parks and other outdoor applications.
QuickWall comes in two configurations: three-sided with both side walls of equal length or four-sided in rectangular or square shapes. NOISEBLOCK wall systems are available with mill or factory powder-coat finishes in an array of standard colors, or, if preferred, color matching is available.

PRODUCT DETAILS
Panel Construction
NOISEBLOCK™ panels are fabricated with outer solid shell of 16/18 gage and inner perforated shell of 22 gage. Panels are stiffened with 18 gage internal channels and edge rails. The acoustic grade fill is 2.5 to 6 pcf long strand fiberglass or mineral wool and are inert, mildew resistant, vermin proof and incombustible and is suitable for wet/dry and freeze/thaw cycling.
Structural Performance
NOISEBLOCK™ wall systems are designed per industry standards following the applicable IBC building codes, referenced standards and guidelines. These referenced codes, standards, and guidelines include wind, snow, and seismic loading conditions.
Finish
NOISEBLOCK™ wall systems are available in mill or factory powder-coat finish per selection of Kinetics standard colors; color matching is available.
